Find Your 100

Part of becoming skillful at anything is the willingness to keep showing up in spite of fear, pain, discomfort, laziness, etc. It’s also a big piece of confidence as a lifestyle rather than situational confidence in one or a few areas.

Useful for both rapid, specific skill building… and that powerful boost of confidence… A Real Red Pill Man must find his 100.

Your 100 is a simple skill that you can practice 100 times every day.

Again, it must be simple.

Anything that is too complex needs to be broken down.

If you’re just learning Spanish, don’t worry about complex sentences… build up to practicing 100 vocabulary terms per day.

If you’re learning karate, don’t worry about complex combinations or techniques. Start with a simple punch or kick and build up to 100 times per day.

And your 100 isn’t where you start… you can start with 10 your first day, and add one rep per day. In a month, you’ll be doing roughly 40 reps per day. In 3 months, you should hit your 100 reps per day.

When you build up properly, you recognize the practice is a privilege, not just a stream of pretentious horseshit you can turn on at will. When you understand this, you begin to realize that this is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. Of course you don’t believe me… but you will believe you completely… when you do it. So get started.

-Rongu Maku

Once you build the practice, we’ll go from there.

I started a little over a week ago.

I’m doing 100 punches per day (I know, I know… but I’ve been up to 300 per day, before. I’m regaining lost muscle, not building new muscle).

In about a month, I’ll consider it a fairly serious habit, and then I’ll get a little more sophisticated… and I’ll encourage you to do the same.

So as Maku said… Get Started!

keep smiling,

Mack
